Hang and swings:4 sets
Friday: Deadlift:340/5, 390/5 430/5
Meadows Rows:3 sets
Pullovers: 3 sets
Saturday:Bench:210/5, 240/5, 270/5
Machine press:4 sets
Flyes:3 sets
Everything is feeling good. I think I'll up the volume a bit and try to get a deeper pump. Last training day here in Lincoln before I go back home to the crib and put in some good work there.
