Rolling tricep ext: 40/10, 50/10,10
Pressdown 3 sets of 20 with weight that wasnt too heavy because I got 20 reps

Building blocks here in the offseason.

"Husker Power" Deadlifts on Friday. 540 for a triple. I'm calling it now
