Squats and a opinion

Leg press
Leg curl
Abs

Felt pretty solid all the way around.

I know I havent been around powerlfting a long time, but this is for certain. Do not coach or allow a coach to be over your training if there are not heavy barbells in your hand or one you back, dont coach or get coached from someone who hasnt been there on a platform.
