Squats

Worked up to 550 for one in the City Campus Rec center yesterday night. It was later than I usually get down, but I just ate and rested earlier that day. Had a pizza and gatorade before the fun began.

Lots of other stuff too. Got to love the stuf you don't do. It's all good though as meet week is fast approaching.

Tip o the day: You can have the best thought out diet, training program, have all your supps ready to go and what not. But how much you work day in day out is what will put you over the top.
